What We Do

If items are found that are unsafe, hazardous or require further evaluation by an expert, the report tells you so in plain English.  Our report is designed to help you save money as well provide peace of mind in your new investment.  We also provide radon measurement, test well water and provide PWTA tests.  

Our clients receive a New Jersey Home Inspection Book which is completed as your inspection takes place.  Some of topics in this book include a system by system summary, illustrated narrative sheets that outline problems and repairs as well as maintenance guides. By the next morning after your inspection we will post your report to our web site and or fax a copy of the report to you and mail copies of the report to you and your attorney. If you wish for friends, relatives or contractors to see the report you may provide them with the custom web site address that is written on the first page of your Home Inspection Book.
